Auction begins to close on SUNDAY AUGUST 24th at 7:00 PM EST. Items close 1 item per minute, with a "soft close" (meaning if there is a bid in the last 5 minutes of scheduled bidding, the software extends the bidding for 5 minutes to allow more bidding to occur, until there is 5 minutes with no bidding activity).
PICK-UP:
Pick-up of items will be on Monday August 25th from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM or BY APPOINTMENT at our Auction House in Groveport, Ohio. If you are the high bidder, you will receive an email notice that your invoice is ready after all the items in the auction have closed. All your items must be PAID FOR IN FULL on or before pick-up day, no exceptions.
BUYER'S PREMIUM:
Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to the final bid price. Ohio Sales Tax will be collected unless you have a valid exemption on file with us. Checks will be accepted only on Vehicles or the Boat (we will hold the items until the check clears). You may pay through the portal via your account or in person at pick-up by Cash or Credit Card.
CONDITION:
All items are purchased AS-IS, WHERE-IS. We will try to point out any obvious damage we see to an item, but please use our PREVIEW time and our photos to determine condition for yourself. Please contact Mark at mark@mantleauctioneer.com with any questions prior to bidding.
SHIPPING:
Some of the items in this Auction can be shipped. We can combine multiple items to save on shipping costs. Our handling charge for shipped items is $5 per box. Buyer will pay actual shipping & insurance charges. Items can only be shipped to the confirmed billing address on your credit card on file. All shipped purchases totaling between $200 and $2000 will require you to send us a photo of your government ID showing the address we will be shipping to. All shipped purchases totaling over $2000 will be handled by wire transfer ONLY (no credit cards).
